Fuel leak around the inlet on the new filter

Default Fuel leak around the inlet on the new filter
I replaced the fuel filter on my 98 Lesabre and now fuel is leaking around the inlet. There is not enough pressure to start the engine, any ideas on what the problem could be?

If steel, o-ring on the steel line....if plastic, you lost a seal on the plastic line(inside)...
