It came out of a 2000 Impala, and it fits great I haven't driven it yet, so I don't know if it'll make much of a difference, but for $15, I don't really care if there isn't.

I'm thinking about going back next week and getting one off a 2004 Impala LS (different shape) to go in the rear.

The Century is a wbody too (even though its basically the lovechild of the w and n bodies lol). But yeah, if went on real easy. The only big difference under the hood of the Impala and Century is that the Impala has the 3400 while the Century has the 3100, and both motors are the same size and in the same location.

Apparently the regal came factory with it (higher trim level/packages) and the Century shares 90% of its body with the regal. It even had the holes in the towers for the bolts, even though some Centuries in the JY (2003 and 2004) didn't have those holes..

Strut tower bar/brace. It just goes from one strut tower to the other to help reduce body flex in turns

Nope, it just has the same weak 3100 as the Malibu, just in a Regal body with different bumpers
