Hello all, make that two leaking 00+. I just baled out my spare well on my 2001 SLE. Thanks to this forum, I now know what to do about it. The problem defintely is the lid seal after toubleshooting it. Cheers.

If I am not mistaken they have a drain that runs down the passenger side A Pillar !! Take an air hose and blow it out. I believe it comes out at the fire wall.. Its been a long time since I had a moon roof
