Ive been going all out to fix the leaks Ive had since I got this car. Now the next problem is that the rubber around the trunk is all flattened out from age and doesnt make full contact with the trunk lid. Water is getting in. Where can I find a replacement seal? Ive already tried reglueing the seal back in but that wasnt the problem.
Try JC Whitney Catalog, maybe something like this you are looking for: http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...ther+stripping

I used the same stuff to replace the stripping on 2 doors and the trunk. A little difficult getting in the grooves on the door, but works like a charm once it is done. Got it on a large roll frm advance.
I managed to find one at one of my local junkyards that was absolutely perfect... and it didnt cost me a thing, they let me have the plastic guard that goes on the electric seat buttons (right color even) and the trunk seal, in exchange for not giving me back my $5 Starter core charge.. so technically not free, but money i had already spent
