I am wondering if anyone knows how to remove the plastic trim above the windshield so as not to damage it. I have a little leak and need to seal it up and would like to reuse the trim. I would add a pic but I haven't the faintest idea how.

you HAVE to remove the whole windsheild inorder to get that moulding off.

thats your best bet..

it is adhered into the adhesive that sticks the windshield in. It won't look good enough to re-use when it comes off.

Whoever installed the windshield on my first 95, tried to put this piece in after the windshield was set. It looked like ***.

hhhmmmm.....guess I better find that trim piece before I get to glas place to reseal my windshield

glass place can get it NEW for under $40 (IIRC)
