Default Check Engine Soon

I just put a new pcm from intense in my regal, and now I have the check engine light on. I pulled the code and it was;
PO134 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I know my pcm disabled my rear o2 sensor, but would that have anything to do with it?
Matt had mentioned I should probably get a "case learn" but I'm worried the dealerships will end up flashing my pcm cause they are retards.

So my question is, what does this code mean? And what should I do about this whole case learn thing?

I was just az reluctant as you when I got my first PCM and had to have it Case Learned at the dealer.
I made sure that I brought the instructions to the dealer and stayed with the service tech the whole time. Had himi reprogram my name into the DIC and firm up my magna steering while he was at it.

The actual procedure will not reflash your PCM.

Joel.. Remove the pcm connector and look over the pins in the connector and pcm. The one for your O2 is probably not making good contact. Also check your O2 wiring to make sure Matt isn't messing with you.

(Hey Matt...give him a P0171 for the fun of it.)
