I have a 2000 bonneville ssei and I was wondering what I can do to it to make it faster. People have been telling me to put ls6 valve springs, lifters, etc. so I can drop pulley size. I was wondering what you guys think I can do to make it fast and where I can buy the parts. I know intense racing sells a lot of stuff for it but right now I am just looking for options. please let me know thanks!!!!!!

stage 2 or stage 3 intense performance package + $600 - 1000 for installation if you have a shop do it

ya as the first mods are the:

180 thremo
gutted airbox or FWI
from there you can do a 3.5 or a 3.4 depending if you get KR

after that you can get the rockers/springs/pushrods OR you can choose to cam it...from there you can keep dropping the pulley sizes when the correct mods are done....

I'd suggest you add a 3" exhaust down pipe, ported exhaust manifolds, and a high flow catalytic convertor in there.
Also, a big + with all the mods Pat listed, as well as what I have listed, is a custom PCM. Most people here have gone with Intense because they have been a active vendor, gearheads, and with a LOT of good input for the members here on BC as well as having the 2 fastest Bonneville'* in North America.
I myself have a ZZP pcm for the time being and intend on purchasing an Intense Custom Tune PCM in the spring when I have most of my modding done to my 1999 SSEi... I would suggest being you have a 2000 SSEi that you go with Intense as they have spent hundreds of hrs tuning BADSSEi and 8-BALL ..... both 2000 SSEi'*.
