I have decided to park the Riviera for a couple of days. In this time I will be removing the supercharger, intake and exhaust manifolds to change all the gaskets and some porting and polishing. Hear is a list of the gaskets I have please help me make sure I have everthing I need.
Throttle body gasket
Intake manifold gaskets
Supercharger gasket
Coolant o-rings
Exhaust manifold gaskets.
crossover pipe o gasket
I am purchasing dremel heads based on "willwren'*" porting and polishing a superchager page. Also buying a 6" scale (ruler with up to 64ths of an inch). Any tips and opinions are welcome, I will be taking pictures as I go along.

Totally agree with Rogue.. while you are there..it'* cake.
Don't forget plenty of brake clean for gasket surfaces and TB cleaner for the TB. Some Ultra Copper RTV (I prefer it to the stuff they give you with the gaskets)
On the P&P...
SC: Flap wheels of 80 and 120 grit.. you'll need 3 of each and a few of the buffing puffy things up to 320 grit.
Intake: I got the bit Bill mentioned..however found the sanding drums to work fantastic for the easy to get at areas.

Use Castrol SuperClean to clean your LIM and TB.
I don't use the assembly adhesive on the gaskets, but it might make it easier to replace the LIM.
Don't neglect your coolant ports in the LIM. You may find they are as restricted as the outlets.
You'll need a swivel-head torque wrench to re-torque the exhaust mani'*. Don't use a universal joint or universal socket. They won't torque consistently.

Thanks guys for all the help. I already changed the coupler so that won't be an issue. Teardown is in slight delay as My parts store quoted me $50 for Exhaust manifold gaskets
. I ordered them from parts america at 16.18 for the pair.
I am also waiting for the black satin coating material I ordered.
