SanFran, eh? Welcome Left-Coaster. (I'm originally from around there).

Try www.intense-racing.com for the chip. Best of the best for Bvilles.

For exhaust, try www.justmagnaflow.com for a high-flow catalytic converter, and replacement mufflers. Make sure you measure your inlet and outlets for sizing.

(nobody makes a cat-back for the Bonneville)

not completely true. Corsa made a system for the cadillac seville that wil fit. It'* over $1,000 though for the cat-back exhaust. It was made for the Cadillac but the exhaust is identical to the Bonnevilles.

Calling it different is an understatement.

2000-up have two different mufflers in a Y configuration after the cat. Nothing like the earlier exhaust systems.

Borla'* aren't loud like he'* looking for. I have the PRO XS series on my car but for the 3800 the Turbo series sounds best. They're real deep sounding but they're not very loud.
