I hate my DTLs is there any way to bypass them? I know if you have one high beam out they are dissabled. Will disableing them also disengage the automatic headlights?

That procedure is not applicable to your car. For 2000+ Bonnies you will have to remove the DRL relay in the underhood fuse block, then fabricate a jumper to be placed in the relay socket that was just vacated by the DRL relay. The jumper needs to be placed between terminals 30 & 87a in the socket. You just disabled your DRL'*. Just one other thing, if you have perimeter lighting, you will lose the DRL function. I cant remember the numbers on the relay but aren't you saying to connect the middle contact to the output contact (that runs perpendicular to the imddle pin, and parallel to the activation pins)

It'* relay #30. When you remove the relay, I think there is a silkscreen schematic on the side of the relay denoting the terminal lay out. Look it over real good. You'll have to fab a small jumper with stabs, or spaded terninals to insert into the relay socket. If you don't place the jumper in, you will disable the left high beam. The function of this jumper is to carry the ground to the chasis for the left high beam.
