Im needing a good OBD1-2 tool with capabilities to use on my bastard child OBD 1.5 car and my Regal.....I found this one on ebay but its a little pricy, what do you think

BTW im looking for a real scan tool not just a code reader
I want KR LTFT STFT freeze frame and the ability to load what I find on to my cpu for those who know more about fuel injection tuning to look at and tell me if I have any problems....

if you want the best, theres no other option than a snap-on. But, if you know snap on, prepare to pay an arm and a leg for it. If i am correct, auto-zone sells one that clip onto the harness, then has a usb adapter so you can bring it back to your PC and read the codes. I've considered picking one up, but having access to a full snap-on kit, it wasn't worth it. You may be best off finding a local garage and talking to a mechanic...offer him some money to use the scanner. Alot of times, $20 in their pocket to use a tool for 5 min is worth it.
