I still agree with rjolly87: Go tell a reputable alignment person the current state of things and have them look at it.

Also still going to need some pictures to get a better idea.

Hearing front-end collision on this vehicle adds up. It sounds like no inspection or repair was done to the suspension after the collision. Something probably got cracked then took this long to crack the rest of the way and fail . . . and it was provoked by the event you cited.

Were the old ones worn out or damaged?

Did the alignment shop know your complaint before aligning?

Did the alignment shop test drive it?

Not a bad price for four tires and an alignment on your vehicle, depending on where in the world you are.

. . . and basically anything that could help. Pictures of the collision would be great.

No I didn’t tell them because I thought that it just needed and alignment and yes the guy at firestone said that he test drove it and it drove 90% percent better than before and the tires weren’t too bad.
When I Picked it up from the tire shop I noticed that the swaybar link had came off and it was aluminum which the mechanic did not tell me so he told me to buy A steel one and he would put it on .
I can get you pictures in about 30 min when I get to the vehicle I have pics but not of what you need and the collision was mainly on the front end due to me rear ending someone at about 35-40 mph. That mainly messed up front end stuff such as radiator, fan, and the metal support bar had all of that replaced, but nothing to suspension as I stated this was earlier last year in may . The swaybar end snapped around in February and really haven’t been driving it since it’* been parked unless I drive it around the block and park it again.

Yeah, nothing pops out at me as terrible in those pictures . . . except that your sway bar installer rounded all of the corners off on the nut that holds the sway bar link to the sway bar.

My guess is something is binding when you hit bumps. I'd definitely take it to a reputable alignment shop, tell them your complaint, and have them drive it and experience the problem before working on it (preferably with you in the car too).

I'll look at the pictures more closely later today.

I thought you said you had an alignment done? How in the world could the guy have missed that?
