Some more info... I talked to my friend that scanned the car and he said it was throwing a U1000 code but no codes followed it.

I think I figured it out. The wiring in the fuse box was fried. Going to get a new fuse panel from the junk yard.

It is a pretty stupid design, and so are Scotchloks lol. Glad we were able to find it. $35 from the junk yard and I should be back in business.

Follow up... After walking a half mike through deep mud twice (because I forgot some of my tools) I was able to get a fuse box at the junk yard and my Saturn lives again! I replaced the fuse box and it started right up.

Thanks for the update. Honestly I would've looked a lot of other places first before looking at the bottom of the fuse box. Good call!
