Default 92 Bonnie half power lost

I have a 92 pontiac Bonnie se series 1 with 198890 miles I have done water pump thermostat cold air intake (About to do intake and valve gaskets) sway bar end links front brakes battery cables (to top mount) cleaned all grounds, checked all fuses, basic tune up plugs wires pvc valve ect. Now I get a squeak every now and again only low rpms and just today my retaining power and door locks back lighter ect stopped working please tell me where to start besides the obvious. I hope it isn't the brain. It has other problems but need help with this first

At the risk of asking about the obvious: Have you checked fuses? . . . and relays?

Does the dome light work properly in relation to opening and closing the doors?

Default Yes I've checked them all even the buss grounds engine and trunk grounds

It started out just the driver back door had no power since I bought it 6 months ago I'm in Oregon so I had to make sure my seals were good so I 're did those as well had a bodyshop look at em "friends of mine" and say they were great after pressure washing it down low psi

Lights: Have you tried with all four doors?

Locks: I'd try checking fuses then testing the switch.
