Spark plugs will not 'spark' if they are wet with fuel. They are probably not sparking because the IM (thats the ignition module) isn't getting the cam/crank signal. So, the problem is, you keep cranking and cranking and the injectors are dumping fuel, but the system isn't sparking igniting the fuel. This is the same thing with an 1950'* engine vs a 2000 engine.

the plugs aren’t wet anymore the car sat for days put new crank position sensor in does the car need to learn again or would it start right up if it was the crank position sensor. The car ran fine before all this it was just popping code. Fouled plugs is not he issue now

Then are you able to verify if you are getting spark?

Are they new or just the old ones wiped clean? You should replace them and get yourself a simple spark tester.
