can u put a 4t65e from a supercharged 99 grand prix into a 99 non supercharged? how can you do this?

Yes and no.

Physically yes, it can go in just like the other one.

PCM wise, the different gear ratio may cause your shift times to be a little off.

But generally, its a direct fit.

Not quite a direct fit. The supercharged version has a different diff. You can however, remove the diff cover, then remove the diff. The output shaft then slides out the other end. Be VERY careful doing this, the clip needs to be removed before sliding it threw the transmission. Then take your old output shaft, diff, and diff cover and install them on the new transmission. This should correct any gearing differences. The HD diff from the supercharged car is a little bigger, that is why you need to swap them. Otherwise the transmission is exactly the same.
