my ponctiac wave currently have a new battery and now nothing work everythings disabled all accesory.
I can cranck the car to try to start it but wont start.
When i plug OBD , obd dosent work when the key are ONThe only way to get to obd ON is when i turn off the car and remove the key
Gas pump disable , brake light , radio etc all disable look like anti theft system that disable everythings can someone help me out thanks;

What is the theft light doing?

Nothing at all , i dont even see it

I domt even hear the fuel pump , brake light dosent light at all

You need to check power and grounds to the PCM. You have a B+ problem somewhere. Fuses??
Fast way to check fuses with meter or test light.
