Ok started her up after sitting over night, it did have a slight funny smell right at,start up then after a few seconds it was the normal exhaust smell.

Sounds a bit like you have a leaking valve seal. It'* not a big problem, but should be taken care of. And yes, it is something I can do here. A new set of seals is about $20 and a few hours to swap them out.

Ok so I need to order a set of valve cover seals? Front and back I take it. From what I was reading before do you have to take the engine out or did I miss understand that? Second would this be a good time to get my plugs and wires replaced as I think they need to be done as well?

Valve seals, ZZ performance sells the vitron seals. And no, the engine does not need to come out. You may need new valve cover gaskets as well, depends on how old the ones you have are.

Ya, you could get the plugs and wires done at that same time, going to be right there anyways.

OEM wires are just fine, and autolite copper plugs are good and cheep.
