Default Help with Code translation

I have a 1994 Bonneville LE (Vin# 1G2H X52L 1R42 30062) that has started running rough, had a friend read the codes with a Tech1

History: (3 codes listed)

PO123 - TP SENSOR
P1361 - IC TOGGLE SIGNAL
P1406 - EGR PENTLE ERROR

Current: (1 code listed)

P1361 - IC TOGGLE SIGNAL

Any suggestions on what to replace to solve my problem.
Thanks for any help and feel free to ask any questions to help diagnose problem!

I don't have the P1406 here, but it'* a EGR pintal code. From the sounds of it there'* a wiring problem. I would check to make sure nothing is pinched. Read over the links I posted, see if that helps. Also clear the codes and see if they come back.

I had my friend clear all the codes yesterday and as soon as I started the car, P1361 code reappeared. We cleared it again and it came right back up. After reading the above links, I guess I need to replace the ICM, any links available on how to replace. Thanks again for your help!

You just remove the coils and the ICM comes right off.
