Message Center
Help with this one. I recentally picked up a 02 Montana Versatrak and its pretty decent shape....except that the tranny was shot. It is in the shop as we speak being rebuilt. One of the things I noticed was it had the Message Center on the cluster. It has never illuminated for me <door ajar, low fuel, etc> I was wondering if anyone out there has had or currently has one to let me know if this MC truly works. Thanks!

there is no mode button. I found this one on ebay just so you could see the picture. Dad usto have a avalanche with the same Message center and it would display things like that. Any ideas?
Message center is located under tach. The mileage is on the other side and there is a toggle that changes between trip a, trip b, oil life monitor and mileage. Nothing else

Checked all fuses and all ok. All the fuses I found were MC and something else. EVERYTHING works on this van. I can not figure it out. Im lost on this one. I just crused thru ones on ebay and at least 2 showed door ajar. While it is in the shop for the tranny I am going to have to ask them.

I was thinking the same. I just have no idea how to take this one out to check. I cant find the little clips location that hold it so snug.
I did not check the fuses under the hood yet, but I am hoping that it would be something that simple. My luck it will not be. I will keep everyone posted. I hope there is going to be a tab for Montana'* on here. I found another forum that has em, but I dont want to leave the true BF.
