Default MAP vacuum line question on 04 grand prix gtp

Hello folks new owner here. I pulled the top end apart to get to the lower plenum gasket. While reassembling I realize the vacuum lines don't flow like they are supposed to. Apparently a line Ts from the super charger to the fuel pressure regulator, then to the SC bypass. On the other side it goes to the MAP sensor. As far as I can tell there isn't a fuel pressure regulator, the line goes straight to the SC bypass. And on the other side I can't see where a line would go to the MAP sensor. I've attached some pics. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

It'* supposed to be here:

Do you have some kind of aftermarket fuel rails?

Pictures from further away would help us see a little more of what is going on.

I appreciate your reply! I looked into it more and I guess beginning in 04 they put the pressure regulator with the pump. Also, the two sensors in back are the BARO and MAP, still not sure which one is which as they are identical. I suppose I'll plug the vacuum line into one and see what happens...

I believe the map and baro are the same part number.

right right but which harness is looking for manifold vacuum??? If this diagram is accurate then the one on pulley side is BARO, intake side MAP.

barometer would be ambient pressure of earth and map would be manifold. The older cars got Baro By inferrring based on MAF, MAP, and Intake temp if I do recall. I’m not sure how the setup on the.. series 3? Or series 2 still? With a gen 5?(i can’t tell I have series 2 with gen 3 Eaton)
I worked on a 04 base model series 3 so I know it had canbus if yours does it’* possible the BARO is separate for enhanced startup or other functionality’* but I imagine you should be able to start the car with map and the baro capped and not hooked up. It should be able to infer the data without it and set a code.

in case anyone is wondering, the MAP is DEFINITELY on intake side. Plug the vacuum the BARO and it goes bananas. Ask me how I know...
