Good information. Its 90 out now and I will check how it works after I get out of work. Hopefully, I did not over fill it too much. The simple gauge that was on the can may not work very well so perhaps the pressure was higher than I thought.

It looks like I'm only partially working. The passenger side is blowing cold but the driver side blows warm and then gets just a little cool.

That sounds like the drivers side air mix door is not working right. You will need to get under there and watch it move. It should be just left of center of the car.

The actuator moves when I move from hot to cold. It moves about 1/4 turn from hot to cold.

I have heard of this same scenario when the system isn't charged properly. Usually a bit low. While the gauges we get on these cans may not be accurate...it'* close enough. See if it appears a little low still. Might need that extra little bit.

Adding another few ounces appears to have solved this issue. Must have been close to empty. Will have to monitor to see if it will hold the charge. Thanks for all your help.
