i pulled an old one down,, man im am out to manythings for me...... i want to change gear ratio in mine but first concern is just gettn it to run decent again.. i got 3 4t60e cores ill get a friend to rebuild atleast 2 of them for me for spares, nitrous and drag slicks are killin them. You are a braver man than I.

As someone recently told me, if you change ratio, you have to update your PCM also. Mainly so it knows when to shift.

yeah , i have to have alot of work done with pcm anyways. I am swapping to a series 2 engine with the 4t60e so I got to run obd1. It was suggested I raise my shift points also for the cam I got in the series 2.
