So I bought a 99 Bonneville last month, and the climate control module only displays three dashes where the temp should be, the blowers don't work, and none of the buttons respond when pressed. At times, for reasons I have yet determined, the display lights up. Full functionality of controls, hot a cold air, vents shift, defrost works, all of it. Fuses are good, connectors are good, replaced the control module, and can't track down the issue. I have taken it to six different shops in town and nobody can figure it out.
