Electronic Climate Control

wassup guys my electronic climate control module either is wrong or doesnt work cause it doesnt make the blower come on and it says 196 degress is the ext temp

Check your connection and wife at the outside temperature sensor in front of the radiator. I'd unclip the connection and reconnect to assure a good contact.
