Default 98 Pontiac gran prix needs ac evaporator

98 Pontiac Grand Prix with 3.8 engine, super charge
can someone send me a link or explain how to replace the ac evaporator on my model car.

I search utube and the web. I have found how to do a heater coil. But no changing out. And no models with dual air bags.

Evaporator is leaking freon so no cleaning

Are you sure it is broken/leaking?? And not just leaking at a sealed connection?

If there was ever dye in the system you'll see it at the drain if the evaporator is leaking.
I'd put some dye in it if you can't tell now and make sure the core is bad.

A AC man attached a thing in it to check for leaks.
He told us it was coming out the inside of the car. He said the core needed fixing.

Once the evap is replaced, how do you intend on vacuuming the system and recharging?
