Default 05 Bonneville GXP help!!!

Recently purchased a 2005 BonnEVILle GXP and had my rear passenger tire blow out...well, not blow out but about 2" of tread separated from the tire going 70ish down the road. Only it didn't completely separate. Instead 6" stayed attached and the rest ripped the inner wheel well apart and tore out a wiring harness that goes to my fuel pump and tank pressure sensor. One end of the harness stayed, (the end that goes to the sensor and pump) the other was lost down the road. So I'm stuck with 7 bare wires. In my attempt to rewire this, I cut the other harness and went by color matching and soldering back together the spliced ends to no avail. My problem is that I'm left with 3 black wires on the end that returns to the trunk (2 small gauge and 1 larger) and on the pump side I have 1 small blk, the larger blk that matches the other end and a small blk/wht. I've tried every possible combo with these 2 smaller blk wires but can't seem to get the pump running. I've checked all fuses and relays and I'm not having any luck. This has also taken out my ability to get into my trunk... buttons on fob and glovebox don't work anymore, key tumbler is seized up and yes I have the PK3 key, and unfortunately a large speaker box blocks my route to the emergency handle through the armrest in the back seat. It has also made my passenger headlight dim on low and high beam which leads me to believe a ground was jeopardized during all this. Please help me solve my problem! 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP 4.6L V8 (just in case) I'll attach a picture also because it looks like something else was mounted in this wheel well but I have no idea what it could've been if it was. Don't mind my mess of miscolored jumpers I have used to make the stretch. Once they're wrapped again you'll never know the difference!

Was something mounted here?

I don't have the wiring diagrams for that vehicle. If you can't get them anywhere else you can get them here.
The link has been track coded.

I apologise but I don't see a link and have no clue what track coded means. Just a little update as to my situation.... I took a walk down said road where I had this little set back and found the other side of the wiring harness... Along with the well shroud, (still in one piece) a piece of trim from around outside of the well and a chunk of wire. It still however brings me to the blk wire problem. I at least know where the blk/wht wire goes on the fuel pump side but still have 2 small gauge blk wires on the opposite side I can't figure out. Thanks for taking the time to read and help if possible.

Success! So I managed to get into my trunk via this portal I'm sure many of you knew existed on the bottom side of the spare tire well... (I'll include some photos) And although the trunk had a case of water, 4 24pks of soda and a few bags of groceries on top of the spare tire cover, I managed to get my arm past these obstacles and pull the emergency handle and popped the trunk. After pulling the carpeted sides down I noticed a small 16 or 24 pin plug on the side wall just under the cd changer that had been unplugged when the harness in the quarter panel was yanked out. Plugged that back in.... Color matched the wire harness again in the rear passenger wheel housing, plugged the compressor back in, fuel pump harness and sensor, put the negative back on the battery, cussed the hell outta the car gremlins and turned the key.... BAM!!! WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS! Thanks for the help and listening to my nonsense today carfixer007. I'll attach a couple pics of the secret hatch no one knows about and the main culprit little doo-dad thingy in the trunk that came unplugged and that will be that... On to bigger, better things.... Next is both front and rear end total rebuilds, fixing the air ride suspension and dealing with this constant ticking under the hood that I believe to be the water pump. Should be great fun. Untill then, thanks in advance for reading my next ramble..... Coming soon to a forum near you.
