Yuuuuuup! That sounds like a rod knock. I've heard it 3 times in person on these engines. More than I'd like to.

Didn't even need to hear more then a few seconds. Lost a rod bearing. You have a few choices. Sell the car as is. replace the engine with a salvage yard engine. Should be in the area of $1000 to $1500 depending on the mileage. Or, find a good short block, perhaps $300 or so, then pull your engine and transfer everything over. Should run you about $600 or so that way.
