Default 93 pontiac Grand Am SE wont start

My daughters car quit and would not start. The place that looked at the car told me that the timing chain was bad. I replaced the chain, gears, guides, and tensioner and it still wount start. I replaced the ignition control module and it still wont start now im lost. Any ideas?

try to determine if it is a fuel or spark issue

Like JW suggested, spark or fuel. No spark could be a crank shaft position sensor. Low fuel pressure could be the fuel pump.

I replaced the sensor, and have the same issue. I have spark but have got around to the fuel pump yet
