Default 2nd owner of 1995 Bonneville 3800 Series 2

Hello.
I'm no spring chicken to life, but surely young to fixing my own car.
My Bonneville runs very quiet.
But seems to have a major issue I can't seem to find an answer to, in that its on its 3rd computer.
