I have a 04 grand prix with the 3.8 that I'm swapping to rwd. I have a 2000 s10 that I'm taking the axle from and I'm wondering what manual transmission would work with the pontiac motor. I have the manual transmission From the s10. it has the 2.2. I'm wondering if that would be a viable option.

Might be able to use one from a early-2000s Camaro or Firebird V6.

Please keep us informed of the progress with pics. I don't think I have ever seen one of those conversions, but sometimes miracles can happen.

There have been many that have asked for advice to do this over the years that I've been here. Some were very determined, others were unaware of how much work it would take. I have yet to see one actually get anywhere. Maybe Bradenkalevik will buck the trend.
