Default 2000 GTP blower/heater problems????

I have a 2000 GTP w the digital HVAC. I just bought the car and it has a million problems, glad I'm a diehard GM customer. Anyway, the Hvac controls turn on and do everything they should, but the blower doesnt ever turn on. All fuses check ok. The blower itself has power coming to it, I wired it to hot and neg and it blew strong. Then I disconnected the resistor and that too had power. So what else should I check. Thanks a lot

Default

theres two diagrams for blower control one has two wires one has three. the two wire one has a white wire that is the speed control to the blower control module, im guessing by the fact you said you have power that it controls the ground for speed, so put your meter on volts and use the connector for ground and see what you get. if nothing check out the ground black from the module, if thats good i would say its the module. same if its the three wire but the colors are purple 12v+, black is speed control, and brown is blower cage ground
