Ahhh! Was having issue with the ignition and somehow activated the anti theft. Now the car is totally unresponsive, and key fob is broken. Anything I can do to reset it??

So . . . the car sits dark and cold with no lights or sounds of any sort indicating anything?

Yes. Battery charged and connected to charger. After about 20/ 30 min there is power again, so I am going to attempt to reset key by turning to on/ for 10 min then off for few seconds, then on 10 min, repeat. I found a guide for the passkey III system. BUT- secondary problem, the ignition switch wont go all the away off.

Disconnected negative battery with key in on position for 10 min, reconnected, started in neutral...now it seems fine. Yikes! Thanks
