Well..since you don't/won't have headers til sometime around Christmas... the rail doesn't matter much.

If it were me....I'd be doing what I could to get it up and running with what I have that won't cost more, then as I can ....afford the items I want.

Why don't you just have your stock fuel rail nickel or chrome plated? It would be cheaper.

I was going to say... ^

Have it plated to match the SC. It wouldn't really distract your attention from it that way.

polishing has been tried.. i can get most of the tube areas, but it doesnt look near as good as my SC...

ill look into the chrome plating.. i figured that would cost more than the new rails

Andrew, if you want to get a chrome plated rail, but want the car running, I'll send my extra 00+ rails in to where you want and then you can send me your old rails when you get the chromed rail.
I could see if my dad could take them to the place in Brainerd (he goes there every Monday) where he has all his classic car parts chromed to get a quote. I would suspect you'd be looking at around $150 for chroming, but don't quote me on that.
LMK.

I can still have my dad take them to Brainerd and get a quote.... I was just guessing on the price.
