Guys, go back and look at the sink pic. My front cover has an OEM GM oil fill port.

Two rear covers would look super clean. You could always pour the oil in through the PCV valve hole in the SC or something! :P

Then I would have no place to put this:

I'll keep the oil fill up front.

There'* a few more pics floating around too. It works great, and I run another wash cycle afterwards.

My old lady would kill me. Do I detect a hint of 10W30 in the lasagna or is that throttle body cleaner?

My dishwasher gets thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before using it for dishes. Probably time to start talking about the car more than the parts washer. I'll have an update tonight.

While this adds no performance, it'* an important part of the build, considering the abuse my valve covers take each year. As I'm posting, the front cover is nearly done and ready to go out for coating also. I won't do these myself. They'll be done professionally. I only paid $16 for the pair, so the $50-ish bucks in coating will be well worth it in the long run.

In the meantime, I've recieved about 1/3 of the rebuild parts, gaskets, and bolts that I've ordered.
