Don't use PVC. HEATSOAK!! I recently replaced my heat wrapped PVC intake with a rice pipe with heat wrap. Made a huge difference.

i made the box out of plastic (all 4 sides and bottom), and fitted to the Core support and fender.......then wrapped it
