Default whining... :)

hey guys, im new here, and i have a 1999 black bonneville ssei. it is completely stock, and i love the car. im not looking to do any motor work right now, but i do want the supercharger to scream a little more. i was wondering what would make this happen without a new supercharger.. i have never owned a supercharged car before as you can tell, haha. would a pully do the trick? im not saying i dont want to add power, but i want the whine to be more audible, and if it adds power, thats great too. thanks guys

if you gut the airbox, or add a Intake you will hear some more whine, to really make the car louder, put a 3.5 pulley on it......it will make you happy

Without getting carried away, I'd suggest a 3.5" pulley and a CAI or protected FWI (fenderwell intake) to project the sound more. The stock airbox is cancelling out the noise.

Bear in mind, this will not scream like the Series 1 with the M62 Supercharger (91-95) at all, but you will hear it.

There'* a few videos floating around in IN MOTION that you may hear it in.

You'll gain power and noise.

Then you can still sit back and envy my scream (most describe it as whine, but one of my cars has graduated to SCREAM).

This one comes to mind. Scream

Pay close attention around 1:25 on the timer as Zilla enters the tunnel
