what the average hp gain from
a pcm is?

The pcm supports other mods and doesn't really add much HP or torque.

It changes shift points, Torque management and speed limiting while building in the possibility of other items.

ps..you are aware pcm'* aren't available for 96?

Far as I've heard there were none available for 96. That one you found shows promise for the 96 year.
