INTENSE PCM
The pulley size you want to go to is a 3.4, stock is 3.8. This will move more air and increase your HP and Torque by about 25HP and 40 ft/lbs.
INTENSE Moduler Pulley System
1.9:1 Ratio Rockers will increase the amount of air moving into the cylinders. Stock is 1.6:1. This will give you about 30hp and increase your top end acceleration.

Thanx guys. You're helping me more then you know. And Ken I've sene your ride on car domain before. I knew it as soon as it popped and said Bone Evil. It'* nice a bonny and keep the good work on it. I love the Subs too hehe
Anyway back to business.
I looked up the pcm and I was curious... Do I go with the Standard pcm or could I use the Stage one and get away with it?
I also looked up the Pulley and I'm not sure what size to get between 2.6 and 3.4? Any recommendations?
And as for the rocker arms... If I get the 3rd Gen rocker arms will I need to isntall an aftermarket cramshaft?
Thanx again.

Start with the 3.4" pulley. Any smaller and youll have serious heat and KR issues.
With the 3rd gen rockers, you can keep your stock cam. But I would upgrade to stiffer valvesprings, like the LS6 springs. You would also want oil-restricted pushrods, and some good retainers. And as for the PCM, stick with the standard unless you upgrade your cam.

If you run a 3.4" pulley, you are going to want colder spark plugs. Autolite 605 (1 range colder), or Autolite 104 (2 colder) will keep KR down. Opening your exhaust and intake keeps it down too, and a colder thermostat helps as well.
With rockers, you might be able to get away with using a 3.25" pulley, but I would start with a 3.4" for now.
Read about KR here: http://www.zzperformance.com/zzp/inf...d/kr_about.htm

You will want a 3.4 pulley and the INTENSE standard PCM.
The stage 1 pcm is for people with camshaft upgrades. You can not use any thing other than a stock cam with the 1.9 rockers as the lift will be too much for stock heads. Rockers will let your car breath a little better and along with a cooler tstat and plugs and cold air intake will probably allow you to run a 3.4 with minimal KR.
