Original is cool and I'm all for it.

I've got a bunch of years worth of manuals here and can help if you need wiring and dimension information.

I'm proud to say I once helped my insane friend put a 97 motor into a 90 body. You'd never think it was as easy as it ended up.

I remember seeing a post on another site by someone who had shoehorned a LS6 into a L36 Grand Prix with the waterpump/accessories from a LS4. So it'* certainly do-able for a Bonnie. He even used a built up 4T65HD. Might require some fabrication for the actual mounts, but that should be pretty easy work.
The N* is going to be a b!tch to work with, and if the mod bug strikes again, there'* not much you can do.

I haven't been too impressed with any of the LS4 powered cars I've driven. Because of the electric TB my bone-stock L67 felt quicker off the line.

I'd personally just build a turbo L67...but if you're gonna put in a V8...you might as well make it worth it and go big.

You can spend alot less money swapping in an L67 that was designed to fit than a N*. Axles are a bit different, bud. Quite a bit. And that'* just the beginning.
