Northstar TB installed 11-25-09. Dyno'd last night, picked up 20whp, same boost, but richer and less timing, only 11.5deg vs 14deg previously. It moved up to the next row in the timing table I guess. The fuel trim is now +10% and running about 11.2:1 a/f, where it was only +1% and 11.7:1 with the stock t.b. I need to tune it again! With the numbers back where they were, it'll be over 400whp easy.
The throttle response it nothing short of amazing! It rev'* quicker than the CTS-V (LS6) I was working on today. And it'* faster, too!
Before and after N* tb:
It still has the dip at 5600rpm, I saw 1.5deg KR at 5675rpm and it was gone by 6100rpm, which is the exact start and end of the dip. I think it'* false knock. I'll disable the KR and try a run to see if the power is affected. My guess is it won't be.

This is an old picture, no N* tb, no header wrap, original fuel lines, tcm, pcm, and wires still hanging out... I'll take some pics this weekend and post a good one.
