I picked up on you saying "other than that they are plug and play". I took that to mean that something was different that wouldn't be plug and play. The chains fit right on the gears w/o modification. Just trying to clarify...this stuff can get confusing like the 07 trans thread.

F-M-L the total damage was 1435 dollars... my wallet is crying in pain right now.... But the bonny is back on the road i did a 0-60 in 7.2 secs :( still a bit slow but i still have to install my SSAC headers 3.8 pulley and 1.95 YT rockers maybe it will go to 6.8? Well the tranny guy said he had 15 years of experience rebuilding and i was going on his word 0on everything.... So what he put was a 3200 RPM torque converter? -.- I should have told him to get me a 2500? Whats the difference? The last piece in the tranny that came out was a gear that the diff goes in the tranny with and it was for a non HD diff so he had to buy a new one of those black gear wheels (Reluctor wheel?) with a diff and install the diff i had with the axle and cover. Ok cool so my diff was in, but he told me a whole mess of stuff about putting in pure Borg and Warner stuff? like the clutch things he said all of that was borg and warner and he claims he got me a stronger 4th gear thing made out of titanium on the teeth? Also he said he put a pressure solenoid that was modified to keep the trans heat down? Iono to me it sounds like a bunch of BS to try and get more cash outta me? What do you guys think?

Check the oil pressure sensor and make sure it'* plugged in. A lot of what your saying sounds about right, hardened 4th gear input shaft, new EPC.

It'* on the oil filter adapter. Just find the oil filter and look above it.

Passenger side wheel well.. on the back of the engine right above the oil filter.

I've never heard of modifying an EPC, but you always put a new one in. Same with hardened 4th clutch hub. Not quire titanium..but hardened..lol On that piece, it sounds like you are describing the pinion gear. It'* the first part that goes into the trans.
