just was staying on the safe side of things because of it being specialized and some people feel a bit more secure using something made to clean it, instead of regular old rubbing alcohol. it is expensive (bout $6 a can), but yeah, if you're strapped for cash. do it the cheap way. more of the point was is that he didn't use something else not made for it. carry on gents.

Techinfo, bud. It'* there because:

1. It works great.
2. It'* never caused problems.
3. Most people have it.
4. It'* inexpensive if you don't have it.
5. It evaporates without leaving a damaging residue.
6. It'* easier to find than the other possible alternatives.

Get familiar with best/common practices and read Techinfo. We don't put BS in there to mess with people.
