Default TB Size?

I need to buy a reducer...took the CAI of the old Bonneville. Pipe is 3"...what size should the TB side be?

Edit: And also, it should be silicone right?

a 3 and be stretched to fit (what i did) or i beleive you can get a 4" and clamp it down

and yes dont get a sewer pipe one....silicone is the way to go
