after cleaning my postless TB the one i have got a aluminium plate my old one from my 98 got a brass plate and most i see here got brass plate .is one better than the other and why

But aluminum'* lighter...that'* gotta be what, 1 or 1.5 grams shaved off
But seriously, I'll bet that "wedge" plate design is supposed to cut down on intake whistling noise.

ok update i install it the batt was disconected 15 minuites the car started ok ran ok on open loop but the minuite i got warm it stall and i wont idle anymore so what should i do put the old TB back on
I would.
In looking at tuning lately and noticing how the various maf tables are different, it makes sense that the idle is probably the pcm hunting around. Give it time to learn.
However from a PCM knowing how much air from the MAF sensor will be skewed and your LTFT and STFT'* will be needed to compensate. I know for a fact that the shaved shaft TB in my case was causing serious fuel trims. I'd assume the missing shaft one would as well. Although I do not know positively how much air the MAF is reading vs the stock MAF. That is my reasoning behind asking Andrew. I believe he'* got both tables on hand.
