I got the same runaround from PFYC the first time. Taylor tech support was much more helpful.

So I'm being accused of possibly hyping the problem? Nice to know. I hope PFYC is reading this.

I think PFYC may need to re-think their customer support strategy VERY soon.

PFYC doesn't need to do anything. It'* a manufactures warranty, and it'* stated so.

So does taylor send out new wires or what?

A GOOD vendor will honor the manufacturer'* warranty. Believe it or not, DP does this.

Mark, can you post some of this correspondence here? Is it email format?

I take the vendor issue VERY seriously around here. It'* a personal crusade. From what I've heard already, I'm already forming my own conclusions. Regardless of the good price at PFYC (www.grandprixstore.com), and the fact that the current Taylor situation may just be a 'phase' they're going through, I seriously doubt I'll be using this combination of vendor/manufacturer in the future.

Also, can you PM me the contacts at each location? Taylor and PFYC? Names and phone numbers. We might be able to team up on this to a succesful conclusion.
