why would you go with the FE2, if you could get the FE3 instead? The FE2 is touring suspension, FE3 is sport suspension.

Ummm....because the Bonneville never was offered with FE3?

Bonneville springs are Bonneville springs. FE1, FE2, and F41 only. 2000 and newer never had F41. FE1 and FE2 are his only OEM choices.

FE3 springs from another body/chassis won't work.

I believe the FE3 was only available on the GP and GTP'* only aswell correct me if im wrong

ahh.. I had NO idea that the Bonneville never came with the FE3'*.. wow. Completely surprised on that one! I stand corrected, disregard my previous question.
