well no internal mods just yet. the only mods is going to be exaust and intake thats about it. w/ pcm reprogramming

The same. And the same rules apply. 3.5 has been safe in the past for a car with an intake and 180° thermostat, but more work will be needed for the 3.4" pulley.

Keep in mind, you need a scantool or access to a scantool to do either.
