does the scan tool give you the option of removing the electronic controled governor on the 93 ssei'*?

No.. I think you have to buy a jet chip or get the stock chip burned in order to not have a limiter.

well think of it this way . A chip is a enabler of mods so that you can get to those above govenor speeds faster. ( with the right tires on the track or runway )
