the 93 and up cars already have roller fulcrum rockers. to do the sbc roller rockers ,you need to remove the heads and take them to a machine shop. as far are converting 93 and up rockers to a 92, these are very simple. i used a drill press and a machinist'* vise. a 3/8" drill bit and redrilled the 5/16" holl in the fulcrum. then used 2" x 3/8" grade 8 socket head bolts.
total cost without rockers:
$4 for the drill bit
$6 for the bolts
30 mins of my time
